With really attractive prices, it is time to go digital with your microscope if you have not already. With MUI’s promotion, the Motic DM52 and the DS-2 are priced so affordably that you may just get a few of them!

The DM52 is an all metal microscope, and although is entry level, is full featured. The DM52 comes with professional par-focal and par-centric objectives with a Widefield 10X eyepiece. The built-in LED illumination is chargeable and the intensity can be controlled. To connect to a computer, simply plug the USB cable from the microscope to the USB connector on the computer.

The DS-2 is a digital monoscope with an integrated camera chip for delivering live streaming images to the computer. The DS-2 is ideal for viewing bulkier objects such as rocks, insects and leaves because of its long working distance.

There are many advantages of using a digital microscope, especially in education and research.

Digital microscopes allow the image to be captured by the computer and displayed on the monitor. This allow sharing by a group of people and can facilitate teaching, learning and discussions.

The images can be saved and archived. This also means that the images can be incorporated into reports, sent by email and manipulated using graphics software.

For more information, download the brochures or contact MUI (email or call 63835612) for more information and a quote.
