Buy balances from the TB, TP or SI series. For the first year of usage, you are guaranteed a one for one exchange with the same model, should your balance becomes unrepairable. This means that at anytime from the day you purchase your balance, MUI will give you a new one as a replacement if the balance fails you. |

For the second year of usage, your balance will be further protected with a 12-month warranty for labor and another 24 months of warranty for parts. This means that repairs to your balance will be absolutely free of charge for the second year and for subsequent years, all replacement parts will be free.

| And for two years, you will get free maintenance every six months, and a precision check every 12 months. The maintenance will ensure that your balance is properly cleaned and the precision check will ensure that your balance is properly calibrated against a set of standard certified weights. |
